Brett is an entrepreneur, business owner, real estate investor, and licensed real estate agent based in the Kansas City metro. With a passion for building and scaling businesses, he is actively focused on acquiring and growing home service companies while continuing to expand his real estate investment portfolio.

Professionally, Brett brings a unique blend of corporate leadership and hands-on operational experience. He serves in a project management leadership role within the warehouse automation industry, where he leads the execution of complex, multi-million-dollar projects. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he is known for driving results through disciplined planning, risk management, and execution excellence.

Brett has completed over 100 property transactions and built a reputation for ethical, win-win solutions for homeowners. His approach is rooted in integrity, transparency, and long-term relationships — whether working with sellers, partners, or clients. His entrepreneurial mindset is driven by a desire to create lasting value for his family, his partners, and the communities he serves.

When he’s not working, Brett prioritizes an active lifestyle — working out, playing hockey, and coaching youth hockey. Most importantly, he values time with his wife and four kids, staying actively involved in their lives.

Jared brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a well-rounded background as a lender, licensed real estate agent, and investor. His diverse experience gives him a unique, 360-degree understanding of the market — both from a traditional retail perspective and as an active real estate investor.

With deep knowledge of property values, financing, and renovation costs, Jared is uniquely equipped to guide homeowners through one of their most important financial decisions. Having personally overseen extensive home renovations, he understands what improvements truly add value — and just as importantly, what doesn’t. This allows him to give honest, practical advice on whether a seller should pursue a cash offer or invest in strategic repairs to maximize their sale price.
